"Beidou's Eye" - providing high-performance test and measurement means for satellite navigation technology research

The launch window of the last networking satellite of China's Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system was set at 10:11 to 10:50 on June 16, aiming at the front of the window for launch. This is the 55th satellite of the Beidou system. After successful launch, China's own global satellite navigation system will be successfully completed.

The GNSS spatial signal quality evaluation system, which is located in Luonan County, Shaanxi Province, with a 40m antenna as the core, uses the international first special evaluation system to achieve high-precision testing and evaluation of GNSS satellite navigation signals (global satellite navigation system spatial signals), and can fully cover the space signals of new navigation signal systems of Beidou, GPS, GLONASS and other major satellite navigation systems, filling the international gap.

This antenna can detect the advantages and disadvantages of navigation signals and comprehensively analyze the signal quality of all satellites in Beidou's new generation of on orbit tests. It is known as the "eye of Beidou" in the industry.

This system is the first and only signal quality evaluation system based on high gain large aperture antenna in China at present. It solves the problem of Beidou system lacking professional signal quality evaluation platform and high-precision and reliable space navigation signal raw data, and can meet the requirements of Beidou system's on orbit test, space technology test and test evaluation, It provides a high performance measurement method for the research of satellite navigation technology in China.
